After hearing the Basie Band a number of times, I decided to compose a song with a big band feel. “I’m Fallin’ In Love” was the out come of that endeavor. I brought the song to Ken Kraintz, the co-owner of SMP, and told him what I was trying to accomplish. His arrangement was exactly everything I had hoped it would be.
